Joe Friel's Training Method Importer

The awesome folks from FastFitnessTips have created a free 4-week training plan based on Joe Friel's Training Method. From there, you can either manually copy/paste the workouts into your Intervals.icu calendar or download it as a PDF and follow it manually.

But if you're like, me chances are you're not a huge fan of manual steps. That's why I've created a tool that allows you to import the plan directly into your Intervals.icu Library.

Once you have configured the spreadsheet to your liking, all you have to do is click the “Import!” button below, and the plan will be imported into your Intervals.icu Library. You can then simply drag and drop the plan onto any given Monday of your calendar and go from there.
