I find most privacy policies difficult to understand and I guess it might be the same for you. So, I'll go straight to the point and list all the information this website temporarily keeps:

• Your Intervals.icu authorization token and user ID in an encrypted server-side session. Both are kept secure and the token is exclusive to Intertools. They are used by Intertools to add plans to your Intervals.icu's Library and to fetch and display your wellness and activity data on your behalf — nothing else.
• An identifier of your server-side session as one single cookie in your browser.

And that's all. No more. No less. None of that is personal identifiable information. Also, both items are discarded once you sign out.
